Kelly McCarthy
As CEO of InfusionCapital, Kelly McCarthy oversees the operations of the company and helps position Infusion clients for growth opportunities. She uniquely understands how to link together people, strategy, and operations – the three core processes of every growing business.
A former investment banker, Kelly is a formidable strategist and business development expert in a wide range of businesses. She has played a key role in raising over $2 billion in financing for her client-companies. Through her work with companies ranging in size from small start-ups to industry leader, she has gained unique insights in strategic planning, merger and acquisitions, and business plan execution. She is well connected and respected on Wall Street.
Kelly has extensive experience as an officer, director, and consultant to both public and private companies. She has directed and worked on more than 100 initial public offerings and private placement stock offerings. Kelly spends significant time developing her expertise in business strategy through regular training and continuing education. CEO’s from around the globe regularly consult with Kelly on strategy and execution. Since 1992, Kelly has served on the Board of Directors for iRemedy – the world’s largest online catalog of health and medical products.
Kelly has spent her life serving on various philanthropic boards and loves giving her time to local charities. From 1993-2003, Kelly was a Foster Parent and cared for many children. Four of those children she has had a lifelong relationship with.
In 2014, Kelly co-founded the M Family Foundation to continue her desire to serve and give of her time, talent, and treasure. The Foundation is where she is able to share her true passion – giving to others in need.
The M Family Foundation supports women and children battling cancer – specifically ovarian cancer in women and DIPG cancer in children. The Foundation works tirelessly all year, and every September she gives the entire month to the cause raising awareness and monies to give to the families impacted by these cancers.
In her spare time Kelly enjoys entertaining and visiting with friends and family. Most of all she enjoys travel, especially if it involves skiing!

Thomas was born in New York City and moved to Switzerland where he lived until heading back to the US to attend University. Thomas graduated with a degree in Biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and received his MBA from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business.
He comes to InfusionCapital with a 30 year background in operations and finance. Thomas has been instrumental in developing relationships in Switzerland and abroad that have become invaluable to the success of InfusionCapital.
Thomas has been the COO of a Swiss manufacturing company since 1988, and the CFO of InfusionCapital since 2003. In both companies, his role was critical to the success as he led both to profitability and assisted our clients in their financial model as well as strategic planning.
Thomas is also a founding partner of the M Family Foundation, a charity devoted to promote early detection, educate the community, and assist families impacted by ovarian and pediatric cancer.
